Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in Oil & Gas processing, Refining, Petrochemical or Chemicals.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in supervisory roles.

Preferred Certification:

• Six Sigma certification – Green Belt or Black Belt.

2. HSE Lead

Qualification:

• B.Tech/BE/PG in HSE/Industrial Safety
• Minimum Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or higher.
• Certification from RLI, CLI or NEBOSH is preferred.
• Qualification/certification should be from a Government recognized institute.

Experience:

• 10–12 years HSE experience in Plant Operation & Maintenance or similar roles.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Sound knowledge of HSE MS, Risk Management, PSM and international and national HSE regulations.
• Risk assessment techniques including QRA.
• MS Office applications.
• Root cause analysis.
• Train the trainer competence.
• Lead auditor in OHSAS 18001.
• Detailed knowledge of safety/sustainability framework.
• In-depth knowledge of processing plant.

3. Production Supervisor

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma in Engineering:

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Minimum 6 years in a supervisory position

Degree in Engineering:

• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Minimum 4 years in a supervisory position

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Oil & Gas
• Petrochemical
• Refinery

4. CMMS Planner

Qualification & Experience:

• BE/B.Tech: More than 5 years’ experience
• Diploma in Engineering: More than 7 years’ experience

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in SAP PM & MM module.
• Hands-on MS Office experience is an added advantage.
• Maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Deferral management.
• Performance reporting and monitoring.
• Knowledge and experience in PM Master Data Management.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports with respect to PM activities.
• Report preparation and monitoring of maintenance KPI.
• Good communication in English.
• Hands-on experience analysing large data in Excel and preparing reports.
