1. Site Engineer
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in PEB/Steel Structure projects.
Qualification
- Diploma/BE in Civil / Mechanical preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor quality, safety and timely progress of the project.
- Prepare daily reports, BOQs and measurement sheets.
- Ensure proper use of resources and minimize wastage.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in PEB/Steel Structure projects.
- Diploma/BE in Civil / Mechanical preferred.
- Good knowledge of drawings, BOQ, measurement and billing.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
2. Project Manager
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in PEB/Steel Structure projects.
Qualification
- BE in Civil/Mechanical preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and deliver projects within scope, time, cost and quality.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate with all departments, clients and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company standards.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in PEB/Steel Structure projects.
- BE in Civil/Mechanical preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
