1. Engineer – QS & Planning
- Project: Upgrading of the road from Nrowkia (Sasstown JN) to Barclayville and Nrowkia (Sasstown JN) to Sasstown and part of Nrowkia (Sasstown JN) to Nipleppo Road Project
- Location: Republic of Liberia
- Experience: 10 years total, including 5 years in similar structure works
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Language: Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project baseline schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
- Develop detailed work programs for highway and structural works.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against planned targets.
- Coordinate with Highway and Structure teams for progress updates.
- Identify delays and prepare recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
- Track physical and financial project progress.
- Prepare quantity measurements for executed works.
- Prepare client billing (IPC) and maintain measurement records.
- Reconcile BOQ quantities with executed and billed quantities.
- Prepare monthly cash-flow projections, including expected expenses and fund requirements.
- Forecast material requirements based on planned activities such as earthwork, GSB, bituminous works, and structures.
- Compare actual expenditure against the planned budget and prepare variance analysis.
- Reconcile planned versus actual quantities, material consumption, and costs.
- Maintain stock records and plan material carry-forward for the following month.
- Track cash utilization and ensure appropriate balance carry-forward.
