- 7 years for Graduate candidates in Railway Electrification (OHE/PSI) projects as Project In-charge with PMC/Construction Agency
- 10 years for Diploma candidates in Railway Electrification (OHE/PSI) projects as Project In-charge with PMC/Construction Agency
Alternative Experience:
- 5 years in JA Grade & above in eligible Railway/PSU/Metro organizations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in OHE/PSI maintenance or construction
2. Resident Engineer – Electrical
Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering

4. Sector Expert – Civil
Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in Civil Construction of Public Buildings
- OR retired Railway/PSU Engineer with at least 7 years of relevant experience
5. Section Engineer – Electrical / TRD / General
Qualification:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
