- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Civil
- Experience: 5–15 Years
- Expertise: Planning, QS & Billing
3. Engineer to Manager – BBS
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Civil
- Experience: 5–15 Years
- Expertise: Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
4. Engineer to Manager – QMS
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Civil
- Experience: 5–15 Years
- Expertise: QA/QC for High-Rise Building Projects
5. Engineer to Manager – P&M
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / Electrical
