1. Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Project HR & Admin

• Project Location: Wagdagri, Solapur, Maharashtra

Qualification & Experience:

• Any Management Graduate preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as Project HR.
• Experience in Transmission & Distribution projects is preferred.

Key Requirements

The candidate will be responsible for independently managing HR, administration and compliance activities at the project site.

• Hands-on experience in workforce management, site administration and labour compliance.
• Working knowledge of BOCW, ISMW, ESIC and EPFO requirements.
• Knowledge of labour licences, registrations and statutory return filing.
• Awareness of applicable Wage/Labour Codes, wages, social security and safety requirements.
• Strong coordination with employees, contractors, Head Office teams and statutory authorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and HR MIS.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA in HR is mandatory.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in the recruitment cycle of Transmission & Distribution projects.
• Proven experience in Transmission & Distribution project recruitment is mandatory.

Key Requirements

• The selected candidate will coordinate project recruitment and selection activities from the Head Office while working closely with project and functional teams.

Recruitment Cycle

• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer management and joining.
• Ability to manage the recruitment process from requirement generation to candidate closure.
