Job Role & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Monitoring ATMS systems, including CCTV, Speed Display System, Vehicle Incident Management System and related systems.
• Immediately informing and coordinating with the Patrolling Team when an incident, accident or emergency situation is observed.
• Monitoring system status and providing daily updates.
• Promptly escalating equipment failures, system downtime or any ambiguity in system performance.
• Conducting audits of speed data and forwarding the same to the concerned authority.
• Maintaining an online register/database of incidents and ensuring that incident records are updated on time.
• Coordinating with relevant teams and authorities for effective incident management and highway operations.

Candidate Requirements
